Mahlatse, also known as “Mash” Malibe is a brand communications professional, thought leader and transformational speaker with fifteen years' experience in the marketing and communications industry.

 She is the Founder and CEO of Red Carpet Marketing (Pty) Ltd and the MD of RCM Academy. She has a proven ability to effectively manage staff on short to long term projects.  As a self-starter, thought leader and strong independent thinker, she excels at conceptualising and developing creative brand, media and integrated communication concepts. Her ability to coordinate and manage creative teams, supported by her people-centered approach towards management development is what propels her to deliver successful projects.

Mahlatse holds a Bachelor of Arts Marketing Communications degree attained with the University of Johannesburg and is currently completing her PGDip in Brand Building with Vega School.  Her academic aspiration is a PhD in Brand Leadership, an MPhil in Change Management and certification as a Master Coach. Her qualifications, experience and industry knowledge has set her apart as a credible marketing professional. She has also emerged as an executive, leadership and business coach, a credentialed member of the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a SAQA registered and endorsed professional certified coach.

Mahlatse works with leaders, in particular business owners, business

executives and company managers. Some of the companies and organisations she has worked with include the City of Mbombela Municipality, The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority’s (INSETA), Inkomati Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA), UD Trucks, Rise FM, YELUSA Coaching Academy, among others. She also works with other coaches and business starters as a Mentor Coach. Her key role is in helping the client with brand profiling through self-awareness. She’s a skilled negotiator and networker who thrives on adapting in any  environment within the corporate culture.

Mahlatse’s corporate hobby of choice is playing golf.
